SARS app landing page redesign
The original screen offered users everything at once. I rebuilt the landing page around the handful of services people actually come for.
The brief
The original design presented too many options upfront, increasing cognitive load and making navigation inefficient. My goal was to simplify the experience: streamline access to frequently used services, improve the visual hierarchy and address usability issues inside the authentication flow.
Through UX research and design I identified the key pain points, then restructured the landing page so the primary tasks read first and everything else moved one level down - where it belongs.
Outcome
A landing page with a clear hierarchy, a shorter path to the most-used services, and an authentication flow that stops asking users to guess.
